I didn't make it this morning, last night I got to feeling miserable and nearly went to hospital. I didn't get to sleep until after 4am so getting up and moving by 6:30 just wasn't going to happen.

I'm better, I was low on protein so I adjusted my diet and now feeling much better.

As it looks right now, we WILL be there. Grammie likes to take morning walks and I go along in my power chair and we stopped for coffee Monday and it was the start of a great day... SeeeeeeYa there !

Coffee Clutch was short today but Grammie & I got to gab a little with Jake before they headed to work. I went in my powerchair and the rains were nice enough to let me get back home before they started.
