ABOUT
-----
This update adds in PM (personal message) flood control. This will prevent users from 'spamming' via PM by enforcing a wait between sending PMs.
After you have added this patch, there will be two new settings (ACP -> Tools & Settings -> Personal Message Set-up) to allow you to enter a value for a global PM flood control and another to allow specific groups (for example, admins) to bypass the flood control.

APPLYING PATCH

Simply upload all the files except "ipb_settings_partial.xml".
Log into your ACP.
Click on the Tools & Settings tab.
Scroll down to the "XML settings file tools" section
Click the browse button for "Upload XML settings file from your computer" and locate "ipb_settings_partial.xml"
Click "Run Tool"
Then you can click on "Personal Message Set-up" to set up these new settings.
